Deposits
No deposits are required. However, when booking online, you will need to provide your card details to secure your appointment. A charge of up to £50 will be applied for any missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours. Although consultations and reviews are free there will be a charge for no shows, see below for charges.
Consultations
We offer a free 30 minute consultation for skin and injectables however no shows will be charged £30.
Reviews
Reviews are available for assessing the treatment outcome, this does not mean it's a 'top up'. If more Botox is required it may be administered to enhance/correct results however this is at the injectors discretion. If this is not necessary then there is no need to add more Botox as it will have no effect on movement or the length of time it lasts.
Botox reviews are free but must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your initial treatment. Reviews after this period may be charged.
Reviews for other injectables or skin treatments can be booked any time after your initial treatment.
No shows for reviews will be charged £15.
